Greateralgarve.com, operated by Turinfante Agência de Viagens, Lda is located in Portugal with the head Office in portimão on the Algarve Region. By making a reservation through Greateralgarve.com, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel or other travel services offered on this website at which you book. Greateralgarve.com acts as an agent for and on behalf of the Travel service providers offered on this website. You agree to be legally bound by and act in accordance with these Terms of Use and by all other applicable provisions. If you disagree with these Terms of Use and/or with any other of the applicable provisions, you are not permitted to, and agree not to, use this website.

2. Offers and Prices

The prices stated on Greateralgarve.com are highly competitive and includes VAT and all other taxes. From time to time special offers may appear on the site wich maybe subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the Site in connection with such Offer.

3. Privacy

Greateralgarve.com respects your privacy, all data such as personal details and others given are private and not distributed to third parties.

4. Cancellations and No Shows

Travel suppliers may specify cancellations and no show policies stated on Greateralgarve.com wich are also part of the conditions of use of our website. All cancellations should be processed to us by fax or e-mail to allow us to report to our suppliers and update your booking status. If cancellation or no show policy applies during the cancellation or no show we will proceeed according to the referred policy from the suppliers, if not we will refund in total except for 3,5% for credit card transaction fees.

5. Ammendments

Booking ammendments should be announced to us by fax or e-mail in order we can update your booking and report to our Travel Providers, please note in case of upgrades or downgrades may apply differences wich we will inform you before we update your booking.

6. Payments

All Payments are processed via Paypal and on a secure page supplied by Paypal to guarantee your reservation near our Travel Suppliers.

7. Complaints

Any complaint or refund requested must be made by email or fax to us within one month of the return date of travel. If we are unable to get to a consent from the transportation provider and the client(s) wish to pursue matters further, they must do this directly with the booked Travel Service Provider.

8. The Booking Service

All information provided during the booking process has to be accurate and match your details, If the booking details are incomplete or does not correspond, the Travel service Providers may decline the service. It is your responsability to provide all necessary information in order we can provide the service requested properly, a full valid phone number including international dialing code has to be supplied during the booking process in case we need to contact or assist you.

9. Indemnity

As a condition of use of this Site, you agree to indemnify Greateralgarve.com its officers, agents, suppliers and other partners from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from (I) your use of the Site; and (ii) any material you post to or transmit through the Site including claims for Intellectual Property right infringement or defamation.

10. LIABILITY

The service providers aim to provide a courteous, comfortable and efficient service and return in accordance with the confirmation document. They cannot however accept any liability for consequential loss resulting from unforeseeable problems and / or matters beyond their control.

Greateralgarve.com acts only as a booking agent on behalf of the Travel service providers and, as such can only accept any liablillity for the quality and performance of the administration and clerical service we provide.
