Greateralgarve.com The website, operated by Triunfante Agência de Viagens, Lda,  is located in Portugal with headquarters in Portimão  in the Algarve region. When making a reservation through the website Greateralgarve.com, you enter a direct relationship (legally binding) contract with the hotel or other travel services offered on this site where you booked. Greateralgarve.com acts as an agent on behalf of and for providers of tourist services offered on this site. You agree to be legally bound by and comply with these Terms of Use and all other applicable provisions. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use and / or any other relevant provisions, you should not use this website for any service available.

2. Offers and Prices


Prices listed on the website Greateralgarve.com are highly competitive and include VAT and all other taxes. At certain times there may be special offers on the site, subject to certain conditions and restrictions listed on the site in connection with this offer.

3. Privacy

Greateralgarve.com respects your privacy, any personal data and other nominees are private and will not be provided to third parties.

4. Cancellations and No Shows (not show)

The tourism service providers can specify policies for cancellations and no show,  Greateralgarve.com declared on website that are also part of the conditions for use of our website. All cancellations must be sent to us by fax or e-mail to allow us to report to our suppliers and update the status of your reservation. If the policy of cancellation or no-show applies, we will proceed according to that policy from the suppliers, otherwise we refund the amount of  the reservation entirely.

5. Change Reservation

Changes in the reservation must be communicated by fax or e-mail, so that we can update your booking and inform our tourism service providers.

6. Payments

All payments are processed via credit card, a secure page in order to guarantee your reservation with our suppliers.

7. Complaints

Any complaint or claim has to be communicated to us by email or fax no later than 30 days after the return journey. Absence of agreement with the service provider about the tourist complaint, and the client wishes to submit further questions, you should do so directly with the service provider booked.

8. Booking Service

All information provided during the booking process has to be accurate and in accordance with the request if the booking details are incomplete or do not comply with that request, the providers of tourism services may refuse the service. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary information so that we can provide the requested service correctly. A contact telephone number complete (valid phone number including international code) must be provided during the booking process, to eventually be necessary to establish contact.

9. Indemnity

As a condition of using this Site, you agree to indemnify Greateralgarve.com, its officers, agents, suppliers and other partners, from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from (i) its use of the Site, and (ii) any material you post or transmit through the Site, including applications for intellectual property right infringement or defamation.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

The tourism service providers aim to provide an efficient service in accordance with the reservation made and confirmed. However they can not however accept any liability for consequential losses arising from unforeseen problems and / or matters beyond its control.

Greateralgarve.com acts only as agent to suppliers of tourism services, as such, can only accept responsibility, regarding the quality and performance of the administration of the service we provide.
